These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, training programs and related services (the "Service"), operated by ("we", "us"). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service provides online dog training education: video lessons, written guides, checklists and plans you follow with your own dog. It is not a veterinary service, and it does not replace in-person help from a veterinarian or a certified behavior professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us. The Service is offered in English to customers in .
3. Products, price and payment
- . A one-time payment of USD for the 30-day program.
- (optional). After your first purchase you may be offered the 3-month program for a separate one-time payment of USD. Buying it is optional and does not affect your first purchase.
- (optional). Members may also be offered this program for dogs that react on walks, for a separate one-time payment of USD. It is optional.
- No subscriptions. All programs are one-time payments. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy something new.
- Authorization. By completing a purchase you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method once for the amount shown at checkout.
- Currency. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
4. Access
After payment you receive access instructions by email. You get personal access to the content of the product you bought. Access details are for you only and may not be shared.
5. Training safety and your responsibility
- Follow the instructions, keep sessions short and stop if your dog shows signs of stress, pain or fear.
- Consult a veterinarian before starting if your dog is unwell, injured, very young, elderly or has a medical condition.
- If your dog has a history of biting or serious aggression, work with a qualified in-person professional. Our program is not designed to treat serious aggression.
- You are responsible for your dog's behavior, safety and for following local laws such as leash rules.
6. Results
Every dog is different. Results depend on your dog's age, breed, history and health and on how consistently you practice. We do not promise any specific outcome or timeline.
7. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content (videos, text, graphics, plans and the name and logo) belongs to or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for training your own dog. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any injury or damage caused by a dog. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will post it on this page before it takes effect.
